Training will begin tomorrow, July 26th. I realize most people work and have lives, as I will be taking 18 credit hours this semester. The triple days I will try to keep to saturdays so they are more feasible to be completed. If you find yourself on double days doing the workouts posted that are meant to be done with a 4 hour window of rest then you aren't completing them as RXd. I suggest choosing the one that you need the most work on and putting 100% effort into that weakness, rather than 90% on both. It makes no sense to do a heavy set of Clean n Jerk and then do the endurance work, you'll only take a half a step forward, maybe, on either when you could take a full step forward on one.
