ReplyDeletewalked on my hands for 2mins without stopping. the last 3mins where broken up. skill work just did movements i learned from the burg cert. snatch balance 135x3 155x2.snatch 155x3,175x2,195x1failed. snatch pulls 7x3 235. i think i figured my % wrong. AJ, my snatch pr is 205 do i take 90% of that then take 75%,85%,95% of the 90% for the 3-2-1?

ReplyDeleteSO instead of working off your true max lift we are taking a step back to use calculations at 90%. THIS ONLY PERTAINS TO THE SLOW LIFTS.
