aj, i've totally lost my ability to do muscle-ups since regionals. (my first two ever were there.) should i substitute the box transition during the wod for the muscle-ups (my problem is getting my head through while feet are in air) or should i use a different movement?

ReplyDeleteshoulder cant handle muscle ups. i think im gonna have to either rest or go to doc. probably wont do either one ha. what i did was do pull ups below nipples to bar. everything else Rx'd. 6 complete rnds

ReplyDeleteAccording to blake bc i lost count of my rounds, 6+3 muscle ups, slept like shit and had sake squirted in my mouth last night by the hibachi chef, good times, felt like shit today, had no gettyup except for unbroken muscle ups.

1:10 400, uphill and through traffic, pretty pissed about that shouldve planned the route better.
4 complete rnds + 3 c&J. The rings I had were only hung from a pullup bar about 5ft off the ground, so I couldn't extend and the MU were a serious pain in the arse.
