Just out of curiosity what damper settings are you guys using? I always use 10, because even though I'm pretty light right now, I usually weigh about 205 and I think I would ride low in the water. I want to know if there is a standard setting for workouts and such.
i've been painting all freaking day. haven't had a chance to row. dang. (i'm w/you aj, me and the erg don't get along.) i'm not sure if i'll be able to workout the next two days either b/c we'll be moving. i'll probably have to jump back in next week or make up a thing or two on sunday.

ReplyDelete7:24....off pr by 15 seconds. longest row for time in a while other than 250 sprints or time trials. still better than sitting on couch anyday.
