I know today was rest day but since i got behind from being at the beach this week i finished up my max's. Back squat 320lbs up 5 pounds from last max felt like I could of done more, shoulder press 185 down 30 pounds from my last max, I don't have a damn clue what happened here, dead lift max set a 5 pound PR 480lbs
