In case yinz were thinking, shit we do alot of rowing. There is a reason why we do alot of rowing. studies have been conducted on a single limb (right leg vs left leg) where only one leg was trained for a period, the leg trained gained all the adaptations(increased mitochondrial density, capillaries, lactate buffering) while the other leg stayed detrained. So by rowing(full body) your gaining more adaptations throughout (lats, bis, legs) as opposed to just running. Rowers and cross country skiers have the highest VO2's, as high as the 90's (kg-l-min). It's also easy to measure with wattage. And we don't have to hear kent cry how bad he hates running.

On saturday I ( we ) will be doing the again faster workout that they put out(plus one more). If you want, videotape it and try to beat the top score to win a prize. Right now the top score is austin mallelo with 16+1.
