DE(dynamic effort) ME(max effort)

Concentric(usually up phase-shortening of muscle/joint-angle) Eccentric (downphase-lengthening of muscle/increased joint-angle)

Pace can be found using the McMillan Running Calculator although sometimes the Borg RPE scale (Rating of perceived exertion) may be used.
