6 toe 2 bar
9 air squats

-1 minute rest bw sets

-post number of reps on 3rd set and complete rounds only(not reps) per set

  5. ok so i tried to do this from memory as i forgot to write it down before i left for the gym...

    205x5 (65% of max) ... then remember it should be .9 of max so did the rest correctly
    215x5
    240x5

    again messed up second part and did 3 x 5min
    1) 4 rounds +3dl
    2) 4 rounds
    3) 4 rounds +3dl

    was excited bc 185# was going up really easy, long transition from deadlift spot to toes to bar, my hands are on FIRE!

  7. @ Ashley and Kent, bump up your new new DL max 10lbs for next week. Getting ten or more reps probably means that either you had a bad day on the max effort or you're underestimating. either way doesn't matter just bump it up ten for the next cycle.
