    thrusters - even though you wrote "heavy triples" i'm stupid and read it wrong. did 3x5 @ 105#.

    DL - read it right and did 5x3 @ 215#

    WOD - 6:58. 2nd set of WB not UB.

  3. Stayed a little light on the thrusters as well, 405 on the deads

    5:01, and feel terrible, perhaps i should quite drinking all together again.
