Snatch balance 5x2-3 @ 65%

5 Sets for total burpees:
2:30s to complete a 500m row and amrap burpees (burpees are finished with touch to an object 18in above standing reach)
-rest 1 minute between sets
-score is total burpees completed

    holy cow, 18in is high! haha. and definitely NOT graceful. took me a couple of rounds to get the hang of it.
