    Did my first WOD in some dusty Dutch compound. They have bumper plates, but didn't like me slamming the weight on the ground. WTF? Also recovering from my first bit of Afghan sickness crud. yay!

  4. 4+23 DU my watch started beeping toward the end of my last set of DUs I decided to keep going until I missed a rep.

    When I did the clean version 2 weeks ago the PUs were slowing me down. My kipping rhythm is getting better, but still the slowest part of this work out had to break them up starting in the 2nd rnd. Great workout AJ.

  5. 6+3 loved this workout. plus i got to do it with pawpaw bullard and finally meet his better half meemaw bullard. back a little sore from yesterday shoulder still bother me as well. i reckon i need to start doing the stuff that pawpaw showed me today.
