Part 1.

10min-Practice Split jerking with opposite foot that you're used to using

Split Jerk 6x1 @ 75%, 4x1 @ 85%, 3x1@95%, 1 minute recoveries
bench press 5-3-1+ @ 75,85,95% 2 minute recoveries
Pullups-6x2-3 (go heavy) 1 minute recovery
ring dips 6x2-3(go heavy) 1 minute recovery
GHD situps 3x 25 1 minute recovery

rest 4+ hours

Part 2. 
3 rounds for time:
20 Split Jerk with alternating feet (this is the standard of movement-dont cheat,10left/10right) (135,95)
50 double unders

- bar starts from the ground and not in rack

    DUs need work when I'm tired. I stop b/c my arms get smoked not b/c I mess up. Need to get more mentally tough.
