From August 9th-August 15th we will be doing time trials with 5k run & 2k row and finding 1rm Snatch, C/J, Deadlift, Shoulder/ Bench press, and Squat.
Deadlift will be at the end of the week due to the CNS stress it takes too long to recover from heavy deads. Based on feedback, Saturday the 14th will be a recovery workout or something more fun :).
