Prepare yourself if you're willing to play with a carb-loading day prior to the OPT competition the weekend of the 25th. On thursday prior we will perform an exercise to exhaustion and consume copious(probably insane amounts and many crossfitters might faint at this)amounts. 8-10g of CHO per KG of bodyweight within the 12-14hr window left in the day. Consume 100 of those grams immediately following workout and continue with 60-80 grams until fulfilled your required amount. Try to attain them from your normal foodstuffs.( I will be consuming high glycemic liquids-no not beer, Kent)
