Back squat 3x5 @ 40,50,60%-make it dynamic with bands or chains

6x500m row @ 2-3s faster than 2k race pace
3 minute recovery, rest 6 minutes between set 3 and 4

    i didn't even have to get off the rower to go dry heave about ten times during set four this time. i'm calling that progress.

  4. 1st date with the manitou incline.... brutal. 1 mile starts at 6500ft ends at 8500. it's like walking lunge a mile uphill. Can't wait to do it again.

    110, 140, 170 (no chains or bands so i did 2 sec pause in the bottoms.)
