    rested roughly 3 min between runs. didn't really pay attention though. just ran when i felt good again.

    had to cut short and come back to gym, rowed an 800 in 2:40...ouch thats bad.

    2:30...felt good on these havent done double unders lately but they were good today was running about a 1:33 400m which is horrible for my body weight
