low hang snatch high pull @97% 1rm snatch 5x3

4x200m run @ 95% 200m jog recovery

  1. spent time practicing handstands and walking around on hands until i somehow tweaked my shoulder.

    pressing snatch balance = 70#

    3 pos snatch + ohs = 85#

    low hang snatch high pull - 107#

    pressing snatch balance really hurts my shoulder but did 95lbs
    3pos snatch + ohs 150lbs
