retaining load week:

mon-single,tues-single wed-single, thur-off, fri-double, sat-double metcon test, sun-active recovery




8x3 @ 70% of:
deadlift, shoulder press, deadstop front squats
30-45s recoveries


recovery method to be tested this week:
3.5 min of light rowing(below bw in watts-or without any burning)-7.5 min of foam rolling(or massage if you're that lucky)-3.5 min of light rowing
-use this method after the completion of every workout this week
