pull from hat-3minutes to find 3rm squat clean(touch and go reps), 5rm power clean(touch and go reps), 1rm jerk, 3rm power snatch, or max rep bdoyweight ohs

-put all movements in a hat and pick at the completion of fgb
-i recommend having some weights and a rack ready to be loaded
