    I didn't feel like I could give "Amanda" her due effort, felt like cat piss yesterday, and was still a little off today. So I concentrated my effort on one WOD. I know you guys will laugh at that Round Total, but I've never worked Pistols in a WOD before and never done more than 9 or 10 in one session. So, I think I'll chalk this up as a Victory. All C2B's & DL's unbroken.

  3. 15+3 pullups, almost had him. def not ready for the games just yet, we need to tweek the training, it seems like we are lacking some sustained power output. We'll fix that. It is gonna hurt boys.

    + 135 sn balance, missed 205 and was spent. TOUGH

    5:10 on amanda-quads are absolutely shot. i foresee a faster time had i not just done the other workout.
