    MU - 12 (full turn-out)

    GHD - 26 (on Bigass Tire)

    BS's & PS's felt pretty good, moved quickly, short recoveries. DU's were pretty sloppy. I should have ran harder for the sprints. MU's felt good, training the full turn-outs. Back Squat was surprising, I thought for sure I would have to drop weight. GHD's, it is what it is.

    Really liked today's programming. I didn't feel as fucking helpless as usual.
