  6. Snatch - 120! 15lb PR! Almost had 125.
    BS - 140
    PSN - 75#
    OHS - 130#, but was only able to get 1 OHS b/c I hurt my right hip again doing snatches. I'm so sick of this right hip getting hurt.

  10. Max Snatch @155. I just can't get 165 for the life of me. I get the bar to just under chin height, I'm just a horrible Snatcher...

    Box Squats @165

    OHS - 185x1, 185x1, 165x6, 165x5
    Bodyweight is too heavy to do this how you wanted, my max is 195, so I dropped down to 165, which was a previous 3RM.

  11. @Snake Doc - you're getting the bar up to chin height and then what? if you're getting the bar up that high you should be able to get under that w/out a problem. are you not pulling yourself under the bar by trying to only power snatch?

    Yes, exactly. I *should* be able to Snatch 165 and then some. I am just really bad at pulling myself under the bar. Since jumping on AJ's programming, I have progressed some on the full Snatch, but still have an awful time with it. My buddy said I had the bar between chest & chin today, but I'm not breaking under the bar, at all. That's why my Power Snatch & Power Clean are bigger than my squats.

    I'm having the same problem. I'm getting the bar between my chest and chin. Kent has noticed I'm not popping my hips, which is causing me to fail/ I've been following this program for 3 weeks now, so I have a lot of room to improve but snatch is not one of my best lifts.

    15min amrap + 5min rest + 15min amrap
    1st round. 5
    2nd round. 6
    went about 75% on running and KB swing, still working on the kipping technique for pullups

    1st round 6
    2nd round 5

    used 1.5 pood
    ran at about 75-80%. it's hard for me to slow down kb swings and pullups, so i just allowed more transition time.

  16. Thanks guys, for the conern on the Snatch. I appreciate the help. I'll see if I can get a video of me Snatching here soon, and figure out how to put it up somewhere.

    Only did one set of the AMRAP - 6rds. w/C2B Pullups

    Went about 80% or so. Like Ashley, it was hard to game the swings, they were all unbroken. I just took a few extra rests and broke the C2B's into mostly 5's.

    Damn it. Squatting, Snatching, & Running all in the same day. Probably 3 of the goatiest goats I have.

    tried C&J worked up to 152kilos, failed at 155kilos. got under it, but got buried twice. its definitely a mental thing... pissed off...
