recovery workout:

10 minute run at conversation pace
+
3x10-15 of
glute ham raises
ghd situps
ring dips
ring rows
+
10-25m walking sled drags with light load for 3 sets

-all done without any lactate buildup(that means no burn...kent)

  1. recovery wod complete. I think i messed up though. i went so hard on the tire drag that milk squirted out of my nipples..to much lactate i reckon.
