1 Mile warmup Run
5 Minutes of hip mobility(because I figure if I put it up, maybe someone will actually do it)

1 Minute Hill Sprint, 2 minute recovery walk back down, 8 sets of all out effort
(no strategery here, find a hill with a big grade and run up that son of a.)-if you don't have a hill use a treadmill on at least 12%

5 minute cool down jog, assess heart rate after and post to comments
(i.e., legs are shot, why why why did I just do that, and oh yeah, 78 bpm)

  1. did some rope jumping then did my max rep double unders for 1 min 110. warm up run 1 mile 8:30. Actually did the gay hip mobility just a for AJ. my hip popped out only twice. dont have big hill near by nor do i have the time to go to one. So i did 1min tire drags with a 200lb tractor tire..heart bpm after 5min cool down jog 81

  3. Covered 2.16 miles, legs felt good but lungs couldnt catch up. 116bpm after 5 minute cool down!!
