I was trying to find a good video for using hurdles with mobility for the hips, this is the best I could come up with for right now.
AJ, number 1 im twice as big as you! number 2 my hips are fine! so dont post any more gay videos like that!
ReplyDeleteKent, number one, put up some numbers and we can talk. Number 2, breaking your hip after falling down the stairs because you're too old definitely does not mean your hips are fine.
ReplyDeleteaj, its not my fault you turned your ankle falling out of the car seat! so please stop being a jerk! you are so mean. also i would put a some numbers but your mom dont want a bunch of people calling her.
ReplyDeleteok for this is for AJ's friends that dont know me. AJ and i have a go at each other type of friendship. That being said that is why i posted what i did about the video and my other smart ass comment. AJ and i talked and decided to keep the sparing via text or facebook. Aj wants to keep this serious. Truthfully i wouldnt even be here if i didnt think what AJ programs is as good if not better than anyone else. i think AJ is an awesome and very knowledgeable coach and thats why im here. So i apologize for being a smart ass..looking forward to the 2nd...
ReplyDeleteKent, thanks for the compliment. Looking forward to the 2nd as well, so much in fact I want to start it earlier. This monday sounds good, tomorrow.
