    195 press from 215
    525 dead from 560
    and one busted ass patellar ligament

    135 press 175 pr
    375 dead 465 pr

    By far the most disappointing day this week. I think I might 5/3/1 deads to try and get it back up.

  6. was not around a computer yesterday long enough to post.

    Squat-330(down 25)
    Press-170(down 15)
    Deadlift-425(down 35)
    Not the best but at least I didn't pull anything. The squats were worst part. Don't think I warmed up enough before getting up in weight. 33o was easy 340 dropped me bad.
