Clean 3x1@90%-rest 3 minutes bw sets

    3x1 cleans at 190 damn near knocked my self out on the first one by hitting my self in the chin with the bar haha

    2 Position at 80% x 225, saving the 90s for Sat.
    Behind Neck Split Jerk: 255/275/295miss
    Clean Pulls 3x3 at 275

    Today AM: 6x3 Front squat: 231(80%),
    6x3 High Bar Back Squat: 238(70%)
