might have to give this one a go...looks fun. doin 5rft today: 50yd bear crawl, 14 step ups 20" box (7ea leg) with 50/35lb db/kb, 7sdhp @ 135/95. we'll see how that goes. we need to wod together...you doin the crossfit/oly comp?

my forearms are a big weakness of mine. i really need to get them stronger b/c anytime i have T2B or K2E i lose all grip strength. any suggestions?
not doing the competition. would really like to, but just can't spend the extra money right now.

not doing the competition. Money and i wouldnt want go out there win it and show my cards before the carolina cf challenge. Ashley trust me im not the only one you need to worry about when you throw something like that out there. You throw it down the middle and ill hit it out of the park every time. So im gonna let that one slide. i will say this though Jonboy can probably help you.

ReplyDeleteBut I also have some grip issues, it's usually the first to go in grace, I think it will work itself out here coming up. Might play with implementing it after I try it out.
