Clean and jerk-5x1@70%,4x1@75%,3x1@85%,1x1@90%, keep rest low until last set at 90%
Snatch balance 5x1, go as heavy as you can for the day, rest at least 3 minutes bw sets
3 High hang snatch x5, without straps and without putting down bar, keep rest low
Low hang snatch high pulls 5x5 @ 95% max, with straps, rest at least 3 minutes-
-with bar off the ground but below the knee perform a snatch pull without placing the bar back down to ground-attempt to get the bar to the height of your xiphoid process every rep, if 95% is too much and you cant get it to the bottom of your sternum, drop weight until the bar is getting there.

so, i had a really good lifting day and i'm pretty excited about it. it's been a while!

and i messed up and did five reps each time.
snatch balance - all five sets @ 110# which is what i'm the most excited about. the last time we did snatch balance i was only able to do 75#. watched some videos last night and corrected a couple of things on my technique and it made a really big difference. i think if i would have gone up 5# i would have been heaving it.
high hang snatch - 85#. also excited about that b/c it was relatively easy. 85# was the weight we had at regionals for the snatch and i really struggled a couple of times.
low hang snatch pulls - 100# again, felt really good
