Rest Day

For this thursday we are going to do a CHO-loading day for 14hr period only. Consume 8g per KG of bodyweight in this timeframe. I don't recommend introducing any new items into your diet, just eat more of the ones you already do. Keep the CHO's higher gylcemic load if you can. Also if you're having trouble getting it all down, bump down the fat and proteins to compensate. Thanks for trying it out with me. We'll see how we feel on saturday. If you can make it anytime around 9 that would be optimal.
