    Did not take 60% from true 1rm, took 60% off our 90% true 1RM

    How are they gonna do it? I would like to compete with the youngins then maybe Dave could take the top 5 or 10 40yr olds to compete?? whatcha think?

  6. i'm thinking that's it... kinda like what they did at sectionals for the masters. they just had the masters compete with everyone else. personally, i don't think we will have the time to divide everyone up in different age groups. i'll find out for sure though and let you know.
