Shoulders were too fried to have a decent showing on WOD2. Hit the first round unbroken, then all downhill from there...
@ snakedoc. are there any other type of muscle ups? that should be understood on this site.

much needed rest today. might take tomorrow to shoulder is wrecked.
WOD 1: 7:23. Don't know for sure but the run was probably 250-300m
ReplyDeleteWOD 2: 5 rnds + 5 OHS... push ups smoke my shoulders.
Need work on doing consecutive C&Js without letting go of the bar (ie... cleaning the sand out of my vag and just doing it.)
