    Rest ~30min.

    WOD2 - 2 + 8x OHS

    Shoulders were too fried to have a decent showing on WOD2. Hit the first round unbroken, then all downhill from there...

  7. WOD 1: 7:23. Don't know for sure but the run was probably 250-300m

    WOD 2: 5 rnds + 5 OHS... push ups smoke my shoulders.

    Need work on doing consecutive C&Js without letting go of the bar (ie... cleaning the sand out of my vag and just doing it.)
