If you don't know who Joe Newton is, you have to check out this clip.  It's a great movie, I'm not afraid to admit it gave me a tear. I got the movie on wednesday. I definitely recommend watching it.

Name the top three goals you wish to accomplish in order from most important to least by December 31st.
-4.0 GPA
-sub 5 minute mile while maintaining over a 300lb Clean/Jerk
-To not seek the approval of others, but of myself and through that gain more self-respect.

Workout: (deloading)

3x15 reverse hypers (25,15) rest 1 minute
3x15 pushups, rest 1 minute
3x15 ring rows, rest 1 minute (feet elevated onto box)
3x15 ghd situps, rest 1 minute

- keep the effort moderate- heavy week coming up
-you don't have to have the louie simmons model to get the same effect, use the ghd machine the same way with either a band or weight between the feet.
